I suppose it's kinda fair to say i'm a rational person.



But rational begs, as usual, the question of normality... After all, what is truly "NORMAL" -- I mean, it is generally described in Psychology (BASIC) as --



"What is generally accepted by wider society"



So for instance, in England, Leeds, it is extremely extremely extremely rare to see anyone walking around completely naked, because it's not socially accepted and everyone knows this. But hang on, how do we learn this? parents? society?



Or perhaps school?



For now, let's leave it at that. And I'll pose a "simple" question for anyone who wishes to answer it.



What is the most "normal" thing you can think of?

A lot less Poetry and a lot more Personal...



Well, that's simply because of how I roll... Writing doesn't just 'happen', although when in the mood I can make a poem up on the spot within 5 minutes, if not more than 1 - but that's the problem.



Being in the mood to do so, you know?



Maybe it'll pickup soon hm? :D



In fact, i'm gonna put something there now, but it's gonna be a few little "poetic" saying i adore.

So I come online today, first person I talk to on Skype is my friend from London, who is in Malta - he's an awesome friend. One of the best i've had (internet-based of course).



And I find out his little girl in London has had a fit and he can't fly out to see her because he doesn't have enough money.



There's a reason he's in Malta and not with the mother and child - but that's his personal life, not for me to say, and it's not a bad excuse. so no bad-mouthing :)

Not used to telling people how I feel. What I think... oh, not in general - important things... not what I think about the girl next door.



That's not important.



Well, maybe it is to some, guess I can't be the judge of what others think, wouldn't be right, we all have different values after all.



Not used to telling people how I feel ... how I feel... y'know, that's weird. "How do you feel?" ... uh, with my fingers ... my bodies nervous system... yknow, feel - "touch" the sense.

But no they don't mean that.



And they think i'm being sarcastic.



What now? I don't say how I really feel though, I just say "Fine"... more or less in the same way, Happy. Always Happy. The Smiling and over-joyous fool.



Nah, I kid. I really am always happy.



Life of course has it's trials and tribulations - but they're there, and they should be dealt with. Of course i don't mean the important things, like the people involved in them, but the trials themselves are just there to be looked upon, dealth with, and removed...

Now where was I going with this?

Ah to hell with it.

"Treat Others how you wish to be treated" -



I suppose this is something i live by, just been thinking about it and I came to the conclusion that this could come in a variety of degrees...



I mean, if you kiss someone, you don't immediately expect them to kiss you back, they may be surprised or taken aback, they may not even like you and you're just testing the waters, but would that not immediately contradict the saying itself.



I suppose everything comes with it's own exceptions, even a saying i claim to live by, has to have some leeway to give.



Perhaps, or maybe I'm just thinking about it too much. What do you think ? xD
